Q. DOES MEDICARE PAY FOR OUR SERVICES?

Unfortunately, health insurance plans do not cover our services. However, many Long Term Care policies do and we can work with you to verify your coverage.

We carefully interview each applicant, providing liability insurance and workers' compensation. We then go one step further, checking their background, social security validity, DMV, employment and criminal records during our extensive screening process. High-quality service is our top priority.

Q. ARE YOUR SERVICES AVAILABLE TO THOSE LIVING IN NURSING HOMES OR ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES?

Yes, all of our services are available no matter where you call home.

Q. WHY SHOULD I USE ANGEL HOME CARE INSTEAD OF SOMEONE I FIND ON MY OWN?

There are many reasons. We take care of payroll taxes, liability insurance, and workers' compensation. We have an extensive interview process and conduct background checks, social security validity, DMV, employment and criminal records to ensure that you receive only the most qualified and compassionate caregivers. We also remove you from the burden of finding replacements or substitutes should a caregiver be sick or unavailable to work.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF A CAREGIVER FAILS TO SHOW UP FOR WORK?

We have on-call caregivers ready for these unexpected events and we send another caregiver as soon as possible.

Q. DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG TERM CONTRACT?

No, you may terminate services at any time for any reason.
